Just curious...Did previous reverse spilts get announced one month ahead of change? Were they only 1:7? I think/hope this will act differently than some of the surprise and/or large r/s ratio(ie 1:100 or 1:1000). All big money involved in this stock is well aware of the r/s. They have been for at least a month. I would expect that some of them knew before the prelim notice, as price dropped from .02 to .01 in the weeks prior. That was a 50% cut in pps. I just dont dont see why we would see a further drop on or after the effective date. All are very aware of r/s. 2 SEC filings issued. The key is that we do not see an S-8 filing in the next couple of months!!! No s-8....this will move up from here. All just my humble opinion! I make a living trading from charts, but this one is different because of the dilution....but if we can break .02 things will begin to look better. stockcharts.com We have several key moving average cross overs acheived and the volume has been strong. Only time will tell!
