Brad: I agree. I'm baffled too. I'm IN and STAYING IN with 5000 shares, @ 1 3/4, as I told Sergio (earlier post). Looks like a good time to average down, to me.

All I can think of, is that some people's attention is getting caught up with all the other tempting ponies in the 56 thread's stable.

And some are tempted by the SPEED at which some might run.

But nothing's changed here, right? And this one's still the thorough-bred that it was before today.

Realistically speaking, 1) the co has good fundamentals. 2) it has news coming (merger) 3) it's relatively close (we're already through with this first week of Oct. .... and this deal's (merger is) going to click before nov first, right?

So, what's the big deal? The road to success is never a straight path. We're just going to have to deal with this momentary "detour".
