Motorola Agrees to Buy Leapstone biz.yahoo.com Tuesday July 10, 12:10 pm ET Motorola Agrees to Aquire Communications Software Provider Leapstone Systems SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (AP) -- Cell phone maker Motorola Inc. said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Leapstone Systems Inc., a privately-held developer of communications software. Leapstone provides network operators with a unified platform to create, manage and deliver video, voice and data service bundles across multiple networks and devices. The company is based in Somerset, N.J. Leapstone's customers include AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
