Selenium.

Interesting. Selenium (in combination with vitamin E) is the only supplement I take, as it seems to be the only vitamin/trace mineral I am not getting in enough quantity through my daily food intake. The tablets are only 50 micrograms and I only take a couple a week, so maybe I can avoid the Type II trap.

It's difficult to find food stuff, that gives enough selenium the natural way.
