I take a probiotic pill from Primal Defense.. I take one daily and it is ranked as one of the best... When I have an IBS attack I take more than one. I have to check the ingredients in it to see whether it contains what the new RX is purported to contain but have not done that yet.... Am busy looking for four new tires for my Prius as mine wore out at 20.000 miles. Unheard of but true. Thinking of Michelin Harmony's as best. This is time consuming for me... Best Ron.
