I am finally ready to partially transition from the builders to the financials. Can you or others direct me to a financial thread of the quality of this one? I am particularly interested in mortgage lenders and firms that lend to the lower credit quality customers, and even more interested in CEO's arrogant enough to claim "We are different" ala Robert Toll. Warning: I will probably start posting there and asking lots of dumb questions, as I did when I arrived here.
