We are having pork chops tonight.... in spite of promising she would brown them first, minutes later my wife dumped the mushroom sauce on them and walked away. Man was I mad! She tried to tell me they were browned so I took one out of the pan and showed her it was still raw and not browned.

Now watch.... it will turn out better than if she had browned it first. I can never win! (She is an excellent cook.)
