Even before they got there, some in Congress were already restarting the chant....get the soldiers out of Iraq.

Fred Barnes on Fox was commenting on the same thing. He pointed to the reason..... The Congressional recess in August. They're afraid they won't have the time to ram though withdrawal legislation before the reports from the generals in mid Sept.......
