Explanation for the transaction with KWG Dear Walter, It's very easy, SGV will sell on the market share of KWG they have, and with the money will buy back new shares that KWG will issue to them. Because of the condition of the market, the KWG share price will go down so SGV will pay a good price for the new share and eventually make money on the transaction because the new share price will under the average cost of the sale.
