Hey everyone... well, it sounds like PCOM likes the deal. I spoke to Mr. LaVoy today, and he said that the deal allows them to expand into the international markets, because Golden Photon has a good int'l presence. The deal, he also says, gives PCOM more working capital, and the deal would not have gone through if PCOM's officers objected. They were supposedly involved with NWPC and ACX Tech the whole way. I forgot to ask when exactly the sale by NWPC is finalized, and also forgot to ask if the 2 million new shares will be bought by ACX and add to fiscal fourth quarter earnings. Sounded like Tom LaVoy likes being supported by the Coors group. He was also mentioning long term, 3-5 years, developments with "thin film" solar cells to replace the current ones which would make Solar cells cheaper and more efficient. He has a good outlook on the future of the Solar Energy business now that Golden Photon is in cahoots with them. Looks like ACX has a major solar power group. And about Solartec, in Argentina gives PCOM another niche to work on down in developing countries.

The Houston traffic lights had something to do with "school crossings" for children I think. He said all went well there.

And I asked him about the ASU satellite, and said that they have perfect facilities to aid in such projects in the future, but their silicon based cells cannot endure the cosmic radiation for more than 2 years. Overall, he is optomistic about PCOM in the smaller-scale satellite arena.

Anyway, there were no fears of a dismantling of Photocomm, and all the pending contracts seemed to be on schedule. As for the recent stock volatility, he didn't really know. He says a lot of people are buying and then holding, a few players have dropped in or out, but most are long term. When I mentioned the recent black outs out west he stated that solar backups were right up PCOM's alley.

All sounds good. I am gonna grab some shares today after the bell. The stock went down, wonder why though. But this one is definitely a long term hold. If I remember anything else that I forgot to mention I'll post it.
