I don't recall what it was that made me think that... but I
suspect it might have been that they issued a warrent for
each share of common to buy an additional share??? too
long ago,, I'll have to look at the S-8 again.

Document imaging is a growing market.. but look at companies
like filenet to see what's going on right now.
