Well yesterday's strong relative performance was the result of Stiffel Nicolaus initiating a buy on Rtec @ 9:37 yesterday. Their buy rating has a price target of $21 21 !!!! if it gets to 21 it will have broken out of the double top at 20.00 and 20.15: stockcharts.com Earnings will tell the story soon. Bob
