What bothers me most is the affect on children and teens. I don't care that much about adults- sure, some of them are vulnerable and at risk, but in terms of "protection" I don't think we have much of a duty to protect adults. On the other hand, we ought to protect our children- they truly are vulnerable, so my issues with sex in advertising are mostly centered around protecting children from influences I think are really harmful to their health and well being.
