Jake the President lied us into that war. He said he would use force only as a last resort. But after Iraq let the inspectors back in, Bush ordered the invasion anyway. It was no longer his last resort. You can't hold the congress responsible for Bush's dishonesty and lack of judgement as commander in chief... SD
