oh and another thing... was one you exclude as being an acceptable place based on their faith alone (emphasis yours) to answer this point directly yes....i do for example.... if a candidate states he/she believes in the tooth fairy, because as a child every time he lost a tooth, he woke up in the morning and as sure as the sun rises, there was a quarter, i would say, nope, i don't think this person is qualified to be in any political office iow, while i have a problem with religion in general and on many different levels....it is my perception that some religions are more problematic than others, islam being the most glaring example of religion run amok, noting the despicable condition of the majority of islamic state, PARTICULARLY wrt human rights
