Peak Oil & Thorium Power It's my opinion that THPW is set up for tremendous gains. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of "peak oil" google it. (basically oil production is on a bell curve and we are on the down slope of the bell) Even if you don't subscribe to that theory there is global warming which would steer the world away from fossil fuels even if they were abundant. The only major energy source outside of fossil fuels is nuclear power. Soon (I believe next 5 years) the government will go into nuclear overdrive as the Iraq war becomes increasingly unpopular and energy consumption continues to increase. There is not nearly enough uranium for every country in the world to have a nuclear reactor, not to mention the fact that no one wants that much weapons grade material floating around... THPW solves those problems and essentially buys the world time to come up with a better energy source as oil goes into its final death throws. All of this is just my opinion but I think there is alot of truth to it. Good day everyone
