Richard, I'm not sure Dick has the tenacity that DLR had. He still thinks that Maxam isn't dead. Though he does not look for a windfall in the next 18 months. Next year I will have a Freshman in College and was talking to Dick about positioning maxam stock. It hurts the financial aid picture if I'm holding tens of thousands of dollars in a worthless stock. So I wanted to make sure he wasn't holding any revelation prior to my moving mxam into a longer hold location. Once I'm done with the FAFSA I will bring mxam back ready for the "Big Trade". I think, though, that the past Bids of $3.18 are and will only be a memory. DR
