Lapouc: are you saying that SGV expects KWG's share price to go down? Therefore, they are going to sell now and buy back later. Since there is such a close tie between SGV and KWG, isn't there inside info back and forth? Why does SGV think KWG will go down? They have been hyping it since KWG started trading and all the recent new announcements on JV and acquisitions.
