Well, just out of curiosity I looked at insider trading records and found out that two officers sold the majority, if not all, of their shares recently.

Silicon Graphics Inc. Coleman, K-VP 8/29 30,000 27.81 35,950
(SGI)
Lauer, G-VP 8/4 60,000 26.50- 61,092
27.00

I remember before their last big drop into the teens Barrons also warned investors of heavy insider selling.
