It is kind of a shame that there is a possibility of the actual existence of a product like AXEN and it has been so foreshadowed by the dishonesty by Arata et al. Arata obviously was aware of the outrageous hyping in regards to the magic potion that was taking place via the internet and via press releases, and he did nothing to correct the situation. In good conscience, that should have bugged the dickens out of him to know that exaggerated and premature claims to his "beloved" invention were being used for dishonest gains by certain someones. As an inventor, Arata truely should have had more class.
Sorry Andrew Arata, if you are listening in, that was in poor taste to let a prized invention (if such is the case) have to suffer so much wrath and be so discredited because of greed.

I also don't believe that there has been accurate and honest representation, and it is my beleif that the magic potion may not be the hoopla formula that shareholders are hoping for. As a note of interest, Microban is presently being challenged as to it's effectiveness and necessity. Certain microbes, (specifically E. coli and Salmonella) replicate within 20 seconds, and Microban argues that their product can hedge against this, --but many scientists are asserting that we are getting too "Microbe-phobic" and perhaps gimmicky-fad products are springing up to capitolize on something that in most cases is best left to common sense procedures, such as handwashing, proper food handling ect. The dangers have been WAY exaggerated, according to some of the top infectious disease specialists. Anti-infection with consistent hand washing has been well documented as a reliable preventative measure, whereas the anti-microbials have not been as well documented and manufacturers of such products may be enjoying success based on marketing principals to sell a "concept" that has questionable effectiveness and necessity. There's alot of differing scientific opinion in regards to the recent "microbe phobias" and the products that supposedly combat them.

Best regards,

Cindy
