That sounds absolutely wonderful! But, living alone and having no one to share those mashed potatoes with, I'll prolly never do them. I make my mashed straight out of the box. I use fat free chicken broth instead of water, shake in a generous helping of garlic powder and a couple spoons of Smart Balance spread. Pretty good and ready in the time it take to boil the broth. But, I'm not offering them as a sub for those you make. gg
