(PINKSHEETS: HVLN) (the "Company") announced today that it had voted to change its name, effective July 10, 2007, to "American Learning Centers, Inc." per an agreement reached with Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, which resolves a perceptual issue of implied affiliation. In connection with the name change, the Company has applied to NASDAQ for a new stock symbol and CUSIP number effective on the same date.
