No I just took an eye test. I think your supposed to bring in the slip they give you so you aren't trying to sneak by with contacts or something but I didn't have to. She did ask me if I had contacts on and I said if you knew how bad my vision was you would know that it would never occur to me to try and lift that restriction because I would have always had corrective lenses on anyhow. Hell I remember once getting mine broken in Eau Claire and having my 15 year old brother drive us home. I figured no matter how bad he might be he is much better then me without glasses:)
