They can't, dumba$$. Executive privilege is a long recognized LEGAL principle in American gov't. It was first invoked by Thomas Jefferson- -that guy you like to call the founder of the DEmocratic Party (although he'd retch at the sight of the present party). You cannot throw someone in jail for invoking it, any more than you can for invoking their 5th amendment rights, until a court rules they had no legal right to. There are situations where you can with impunity refuse to testify before Congress or a court. You show your ignorance of and contempt for the American legal system and the Constitution with your statement.
