Is this the daughter and grandkid who just spent some time in Rapid City? If so, any chance the kid caught it from the people they were staying with?

We're just outside the Badlands now, near Interior, SD. Had a good drive from Hill City in the Black Hills, and spent some time on the Badlands Loop.

I'll post some pics that I took when I get time, but in the meantime, this is what we've been seeing:
