It's the kingpin issue. Had Bush actually succeeded in Iraq, he could have tackled a whole bunch of other issues

No, he could have failed in Iraq and done other positive things. Instead, while we were losing New Orleans to Katrina, he was in SD playing guitar for his GOP cronies, C. Rice was in NYC shoe shopping and Cheney was checking out his new digs on Chesapeake Bay. When Israel threatened Lebanon over a border altercation, he could have stepped in and prevented the disaster that ensued, but instead, he yelled: "Bombs away!". When idiot Tom Delay was stirring everyone up about T. Schiavo, he could have stepped in and encouraged his stupid minions to chill; instead, he flew with the rest of his fellow idiots back to DC so he could sign a particular kind of legislation that had never been done before by Congress. When the weapons inspectors asked for more time, he could have done the reasonable thing and give them more time; instead, he started a very costly war.

George Bush in the White House is the equivalent of a 7th grader doing your job. He is a complete and utter failure. And you still wonder why we are ABB.
