<the pros at State> The pros at State thought that actual planning was needed for post invasion Iraq -- unlike the blind, deaf and dumb who ruled the WH from under Cheney's thumb. Whether they would have got it right we will never know -- but at least they were not ideological robots like those around Cheney who envisioned a land of children flying kites and crowds of Iraqis cheering in the street as they embraced their American 'liberators'.
