He does have a very conservative voting record. Against abortion, fetal stem cell research, universal health care, gay marriage, Kyoto, environmental regulations. But are those the reasons you support him? I think his support comes from his non-conservative position of non-intervention in international affairs aka isolationism (and as I've said before isolationism does accurately describe someone like Paul who is opposed to NATO and all international treaties).
