I don't think the president has much to do with the economy, good or bad. And as for terror in the homeland- since I have never thought terrorists posed a very big threat to us, I'm not sure how I can give him much credit for protecting us from a threat that was overstated to begin with, and which he used as a pretext to invade Iraq.

I do think he has succeeded in screwing up the Supreme Court- but I find that pretty horrible. I give him credit for setting the court back years, with dinosaurs like Alito and Roberts. I guess he should get credit from conservatives for that, but it makes me want to puke.

Edited- corrected for mentioning Scalia when I meant to put Roberts.
