Ted, > Gupta is a doctor and American doctors have fought a national health program for years........because such a program will serve their patients, not them.

I know many, many doctors, and most of them are honest and professional. I trust that they know health care better than any politician, bureaucrat, or liberal Hollywood "documentary" director.

You're kidding, right?

In the case of Gupta vs. Moore, however, I think they largely agree on the big picture but are arguing over "nuance" which I agree do not make much of an impact. Dr. Gupta seems to want to challenge Moore on these otherwise irrelevant details, while Moore can't stand any portrayal from the mainstream media that HE doesn't think is "fair."

Gupta lied.....he said France's national debt is due to its national health insurance. Meanwhile, America's national debt is $9 Trillion; France's is a paltry $23 billion by comparison. He made no mention of the US's national debt nor did he point out that that does not include the cost of national health insurance like it does with France.

His comment reads like one from a GOP walking paper. In fact, he sounds a lot like my cousin and every other doctor when they discuss a national health program. Bottom line: I don't trust anyone to discuss fairly a subject that hurts his or her wallet. Why do you?
