For breakfast- goat cheese and seeded french bread, and some cherries, water
lunch- salad with some cheese (just shredded cheddar) sprinkled on, oil and vinegar dressing- salad of fennel root, mixed organic greens, organic carrots, celery, onions, radishes. More cherries. (my kids had their salads with sliced chicken breast (organic, home baked) and caesar dressing) Mint tea (with 2 cubes sugar and organic 1% milk)
Dinner- Salad, a few raisinets and a soda water :-) (The rest of the family had organic mac n cheese, and more salad- this time a blend of baby herbs)
FWIW- I'm not a breakfast food person, I don't like eggs or breakfast meats- today I made my kids breakfast sandwiches of toasted wheat bread or bagels, one egg, a sprinkle of bacon, and a slice of cheese. |
