Breakfast, 1 cup of old fashioned oatmeal (boiled in water) with banana and one teaspoon raw sugar topping.

Lunch: 4 pork medallions, rice, portabella mushrooms with onions, green beans. (unusually large lunch today).

mid-afternoon: date/walnut energy bar, one clementine.

Dinner: 4 oz salad with lettuce, pea pods, a little purple cabbage, red pepper slices.

Late night snack: potato chips @5 oz (unusual binge on those. I used to eat them more regularly years ago. Just had the munchies tonight.).

About 5-6 glasses of water throughout the day.

One Selenium tablet before bed. (That is the one supplement I have taken faithfully over the last few years every night. I remember reading that selenium is abundant in the central US, but diminishes quite a bit as you go to the coasts. I live in NJ.)
