Foreign aid is a depressing dreadful story.
Corruption, mismanagement- as you say, best not to think about it. Would it corrupt programs like microcredit, though, if they got larger influxes of cash via foreign aid? Probably- because then the vultures would be attracted- so it's hard to know what to do, isn't it?
