Legatum Global Investment based in Dubai has been taking a significant position in Sonus. Does anyone have info on who these folks are and what kind of investing track record they have? They seem to publish something called the prosperity index which ranks countries on that basis.
Also any feed back as to what will be the catalyst to get this stock to continue it's upward trajectory would be appreciated.
