You obviously don't know what a cluster bomb IS: video.google.com That's ONE cluster bomb! That's some PINPOINT precision! I think Ted confused cluster bombing with carpet bombing. They DO have a VERY similar effect, but cluster bombs cover ALL the area bombed! Cluster bombing is carpet bombing updated. You don't need fleets of bombers. Israel used a MILLION of those!
