Michael;I too am somewhat disenchanted about the insider loans which I believe are a clear conflict of interest.The company claims the losses on their A/R have been only in the 1% range .Why should They discount these to Dad 30%.Dad is the 3rd largest shareholder and they pay him 20% on his loans and discount 30-90 day A/R's 30% particularly after the criticisms brougt in the Barron,s article.Clearly the family has some PR and shareholder relation problems it might work on.
