My only point was that you can't assume someone is an isolationist based on treaty reluctance. An isolationist wouldn't want to trade at all. Whether you trade with or without treaties is irrelevant. I haven't seen anything yet to indicate Paul is an isolationist. Non-interventionist, but not isolationist.
