You are very right on! One has to remember that corporations, by their very nature, are sociopathic. Society (us!)has to regulate them just as we have to deal with sociopathic people (which usually means putting them in jail)-lol. Psychology today 40 years ago-lol had a good article about how sociopaths often rise to the top of corporations because they do not have to deal with their conscience like normal people. They just flatter people and do whatever it takes to rise ot the top and few people can recognize a sociopath in society.
