I don't think I said that but Bush has been humping the term Al Qaeda for the last several weeks in an effort to conflate an organization in Iraq with 911. Reasoning, of course, is obvious.. dupe the people into believing there is an association. He (Bush) is using the term every chance he gets....27 times in a speech on July 4. Joe Lieberman and his other henchmen are using the term ad nauseum. The problem is Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia (the official name) is not associated with Osama's AQ.....

And btw, the 2000 number came out of the Pentagon months ago.
