Cary, sorry about prescient. (:>) I think we should not tease IN about his spelling though, since he is not amused. This is a pretty compex explanation for warrants and could confuse almost anybody. But basically, it just says they are callable when the stock trades above a certain price for a certain time period. If anyone were dumb enough not to exercise these warrants or trade them, they would only get a paltry .25/warrant for redemption when the warrants would be worth at least 4.60 by the time they could be called.
