thread, no doubt ascend wanted to make sure they could hit their lowered earnings. the .18 is a conversative number I think they thoguht they could easily jiggle the books to hit.......... but, asnd's systems for the mergered companies are really poor. I don't know if systemwise they are playing with a full deck. they could lose the number(.18) on inventory valaution adjustments.
