OT: Computer Setup Help

I know the board can answer these questions - and I am digging.

1. We have Windows XP

2. My wife account keeps getting scrip errors - I do not on mine - how do I fix hers.

3. When she boots up she gets all of my startup programs - how do I eliminate them from her boot up.
