Thank you, Iktomi. It sounds good. I hope we're not too OT here. I better fess up on my latest 24 hours:

Yesterday for brunch 6 oz of 85% lean burger on Pepperidge Farm swirl rye and pumpernickel bread with 2 Vlasic kosher dill slices with some pepper.

Last night I went to a Barbeque B-day party for my 19 year old niece. I had a burger, potato salad, a pasta salad and a veggie burger (total about 13 oz plate). I avoided the potato and dorito chips since I had such a binge on P-chips a few nights ago. When I got home after 10 pm, I had 2 slices of toast (same kind of bread) with Jif peanut butter.

This morning's breakfast was a 3 egg omelet with organic half and half milk and choked with button mushrooms and red pepper sauteed then mixed into the eggs then baked. Two slices of pumpernickel and rye swirl with Smart Balance spread.

5 or 6 glasses of water throughout. One or two with real lemon juice mixed in (I have a few kidney stones.).
