The reporter, Peter Slevin, basically goes to a few towns that have lost soldiers in Iraq, finds some people who are against the war (or were for it and have changed their minds), and then uses this anecdotal evidence to declare that “Midwest towns are turning against the war.”

You gotta love it when the media trots out innuendo and treats it as though it were fact.
