ABA - there is plenty to bash legitimately on PHGI. As you know, I have posted my own opinions, both positive and negative on the IHub board. As the company, has not responded to my suggestions re the capital structure or adequately answered issues relating to the issuance of shares that I posed, I pretty much stopped posting even though I am long the stock.

Beebe seems to be an honorable person with a successful background in building companies. I don't think that pure character assassination is fair. Why is a CEO's opinions about stock manipulators "suspect?" Do you not support his right to post his opinion? If you don't agree with an opinion, why don't you state your reasons for such disagreement rather than characterizing it as you have done.

With respect to the other person that you attacked, if you have personal information that he is an insider, please state your basis and why you think that the information provided is inappropriate or "suspect." Do you think that it is wrong, illegal or otherwise inappropriate for an alleged insider to post on a message board?

I know that you have some personal animosity towards this company that may or not be warranted, but it is more appropriate if you remain objective. I don't want to make this about you or me or other posters. However, you raised the issue by attacking my posts and not acknowledging that I was responding to a board that was out of control, off topic and gossippy. At least be honest and recognize this.
