Zeus,

No. I'm not crazy, but I am curious as to why you are so hate filled.

We've been down this road already, but again....

1. There is a very small problem with pedophile priests.

2. There is a larger problem with priests having sex with consenting or confused young adult males (homosexuality).

3. There are a lot of hate filled people out there trying to destroy and discredit the church because some of it's teachings run counter to their desired lifestyles and values.

4. I have no problem with people that criticize the church on the sex scandal issue etc... or those that want to have open and honest discussions with the church about doctrine that is worthy of discussion (IMO, birth control being the most obvious one).

However, I personally consider most opponents of the church in the US to be evil because they often use lies, media attacks, biased movie and TV shows, extortion etc... to accomplish their "self interested goal" of discrediting and destroying the church even though it's an institution that generally does a huge amount of good for many people that need it and for society as a whole.

I also think you should examine where all your anger and hate is coming from. It can't be healthy for you.
