T/A - info I can only assume that LaRive that contacted the Transfer agent was given some sort of preferential treatment since he is an "insider" - owns part of that 13% of Saturday Night LLC? I haven't seen a disclosure yet as to his holdings or an admission on his part that LaRive posting is Patrick LaRive. Not a big stretch judging from his posts - but I could be wrong.
