You're right about the sugars in the bars I eat, but I find the levels tolerable for me since I don't eat more than one or sometimes two in a day and not every day. I am not a much of a sweets eater either due to making candy as a teenager. I lost my sweet tooth in that factory after making a few tons of fudge, chocolates, nougats and fondants. It's the smells that do it. They get to you over time.
