I don't disagree with any of what you say except for the statement above. If they dump a million shares after the reverse split for a dime, they would be dumping the equivalent of 7 million pre-split shares for the same amount of money. In reality, there is no financial advantage to your scenario as you state it unless it would be a commission savings on a 1 million share sale versus a 7 million share sale.
