I mentioned to company about this r/s time being good time to confirm shareholders and shares held. There are cases where shorters aggressive short penny stocks with no intention of ever buying back the borrowed shares. I know there has been info posted here about that exact thing recently. I think you have to obtain a NOBO list, but i do believe they had to get one of those for r/s. I dont know all the details, but think this would be a good time to confirm no one is taking advantage shorting ACHI and not declaring a short position. This will especially happen in a stock like ACHI with a string of s-8's over the past 2 years. I think VFIN and VERT are market makers which allow heavy shorting of penny stocks. They seem to be the constant sellers in most all penny stocks with a dilutive downturn.
